Ohmydog is the absolute best— after researching so many companies and trying to find a quality service that didn’t break the bank, we found Ohmydog. With confidence and reassurance they helped us every step of the way move our 14 year old dog from Valencia to London. We even had complicated travel schedules and vet miscommunications which they discussed and resolved with us with care and kindness. We received photo updates of the journey every few hours, and could reach them directly at any time. Also bonus points for having access to cameras in the van to look at the pets in real time! Plus a GPS tracker to map the journey. Gracias Jorge y Gabriela!!!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience of using Ohmydog to bring our puppy from the UK to Valencia! We were a bit apprehensive about him making the journey but after much research we found Jorge and Laura, and are so glad we decided to go with them. They are lovely people who clearly adore dogs, they made us feel so at ease when handing over the puppy and kept us feeling reassured throughout the journey with regular updates. Our dog was clearly very happy in their care and when we met him in Valencia he was super chilled and well looked after. We are so grateful and would 100% recommend!

Amazing service! I couldn’t be happier with the Ohmydog team. They are reliable, attentive, friendly and professional. It was the first time for my dog to travel all around Europe, but he arrived home safe and happy. He travelled from Dublin to Bejar, and it took around 3 days, every day I receive photos and videos of him and also, and I also got the GPS tracker to be aware of how long the trip was. I would recommend Ohmydog.

Jorge and Laura ( OH My Dog ) were amazing from the minute I enquired right through to dropping of our family dog. They even helped communicate with our local vet in Valencia Spain and just provided a first class service to us and to our dog. He had never travelled far before and was instantly at ease when he met them and was happy through the journey where they updated us with photos and videos, it was 5*+ care and just could t fault any part of it. I would have no hesitation recommending their service to anyone, it’s reliable, personable and a joy speaking on behalf of my family and Sancho our dog. Thank you for everything Jorge and Laura.
